Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its sealed, unopened and original condition within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund minus shipping and handling.

Products may not be returned without prior authorization. To return a product, please email us at info@directdietsource.com or call Customer Service at 1.877.584.3438 for a return authorization and shipping instructions. No refund or store credit will be issued for items returned without prior authorization. Pack authorized returns carefully as the condition of products upon their arrival at our warehouse determines if you qualify for a refund or exchange.

Items that have been opened may be returned for exchange only. You may only return one opened package (box, bottle or bag) of a particular product for exchange.  All other packages of the same product must be in sealed, unopened and original condition to qualify for a refund. 

No product returns will be accepted more than 30 days after the purchase date.
